There are some terms that are attached to the booking form

Booking process and arrival
1. Check calendar for availability.
2. Request a booking form (sent by email). 
3. Once booking and payment has been accepted, full resort arrival Instructions and info (ten pages) and keys are sent by post.  
4. Arrival is direct to the apartment, with clear instructions issued.
5. On return post keys back, and receive your deposit by direct payment.
